Origin Story
Hello! I'm Jake Wolinsky (MA, PHR, SHRM-SCP), the founder of Breakthrough Talent Development. I started out as a teacher. After more than a decade of teaching, corporate L&D, and Talent Development around the world (including at multiple universities), I've developed a global and systemic perspective
on how to effectively guide current and future leaders at each step of the evolutionary process:

It is this perspective that helped me win the Association of Talent Development's Excellence in Practice Award for Leadership & Management Development (2023).
I am still a teacher-- one who is highly driven to help others achieve their most pressing business or professional goals and, in turn, become change agents for stronger, happier organizational communities.
